Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in E&TC / Electrical / Electronics
Preferred: MBA or equivalent (added advantage)
CTC: As per interview and experience

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming business enquiries and maintain regular follow-ups with customers until successful order conversion.

Communicate with customers via email and phone to understand project goals and sales requirements.

Process purchase orders in a timely manner, ensuring complete understanding of customer needs.

Track and manage open sales orders, taking appropriate steps to complete transactions efficiently.

Coordinate with vendors for product development, costing, and procurement.

Define bidding guidelines and negotiate optimal combinations of price, quality, and delivery timelines.

Prepare and negotiate sales and service agreements.

Offer tailored technical solutions based on project-specific requirements.

Follow up on dispatch status and ensure timely payment collections.

Maintain and regularly update booking, stock, and dispatch records.

Conduct monthly reviews of stock and book orders accordingly.

Collaborate with the field sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.

Generate new leads and provide technical support during the pre-sales process.

Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and customer relationships.

Manage and maintain SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) documentation.

Maintain and update supplier records and documentation periodically.

Track and report key metrics to optimize cost and enhance sales process efficiency.
Required Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proven experience in Inside Sales within the automation industry

Thorough understanding of product sales processes in Automation OEM / System Integrators / Project business

Strong skills in customer mapping and relationship management

Efficient time management and negotiation capabilities

Customer support and business development experience

Familiarity with material import processes

Technical aptitude to understand and address client requirements

Proficiency in MS Office and business communication tools
