Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new customer accounts while retaining and nurturing existing relationships

Engage with key accounts including OEMs, consultants, and end users for long-term business growth

Provide technical consulting and coordinate with the solutions team for customized offering development

Lead commercial discussions, negotiate effectively, and drive order closures

Plan and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in alignment with business objectives

Support regional and segment-wise business planning efforts
-
Execute strategic marketing initiatives and represent the company at industry forums and events
Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of automation and control system solutions

Proven track record in B2B technical sales, especially in industrial sectors

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Strategic thinking with strong planning and account management capabilities

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across teams
