Position Title: Field Sales Engineer.

Reporting To: Business Head.
Location: Pune.
Experience : 3-7 Years.
Qualification: BE/B Tech/ Diploma in Electronics/ E&TC. MBA or equivalent will be an added advantage.

Skills Required

  • Experience in Production & mechanical assembly.
  • Planning and organisation skills to be able to run and monitor the production.
  • Ability to act decisively and solve staff or equipment-related issues.
  • Capacity to grasp complex concepts & solutions for ease of work.
  • Attention to detail to ensure high levels of quality.
  • Communication, coordination & negotiation skills.
  • Leadership skills and results-driven approach towards work.

KRA’s

  • Plan and draw up a production schedule. Decide on and order the resources that are required and ensure delivery commitment remain assured.
  • Select equipment and take responsibility for its maintenance
  • Set & follow the quality and product standards and implement quality control programmes
  • Ensure that the production will be cost effective by estimating costs.
  • Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed, monitor productivity rates to meet customer commitments.
  • Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed at all times
  • Ensure customer orders are completed on time and to budget and that quality standards and targets are met
  • Work & coordination with senior management.
  • Collate and analyse data, putting together production reports for both factory managers and customers
  • Supervise and motivate a team of workers
  • Review worker performance and identify training needs.
