Qualification:

  • B.E. / B.Tech in Instrumentation, Electronics, E&TC, or related engineering disciplines

  • MBA or postgraduate degree (preferred)

CTC: Based on performance in the interview and relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new customer accounts while retaining and nurturing existing relationships

  • Engage with key accounts including OEMs, consultants, and end users for long-term business growth

  • Provide technical consulting and coordinate with the solutions team for customized offering development

  • Lead commercial discussions, negotiate effectively, and drive order closures

  • Plan and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in alignment with business objectives

  • Support regional and segment-wise business planning efforts

  • Execute strategic marketing initiatives and represent the company at industry forums and events


Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of automation and control system solutions

  • Proven track record in B2B technical sales, especially in industrial sectors

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Strategic thinking with strong planning and account management capabilities

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across teams
