Position Title: Asst. Manager/Manager Sales

Experience: 6-10 years
Qualification: BE – E&TC/Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation
Skills Required:
•BE/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with a minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience. Automation Product Knowledge will be a plus.
•Strong analytical, strategic & exceptional communication is desired.
•Excellent leadership skills. Team handling exposure will be an added advantage
• Self-motivated and result driven
•Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
•Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices. Data analysis and report preparation.
KRA’s:
•Manage System Integrators Segment (all leading Automation PLC/DCS Manufacturers) for Sales PAN India basis, focusing on project sales.
•Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue growth through System Integrators Business development.
•Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
•Providing accurate sales forecasts and achieving monthly sales volumes.
•Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
•Build strong relationships with existing clients to retain their loyalty and identify new opportunities.
•Promote the organization and its products.
•Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of export orders and timely delivery.
