Skills Required

Basic knowledge of PLC/DCS/SCADA, Good Presentation skills, Interpersonal skills, Problem-solving skills and self-confident, should have good knowledge of the Automation Industry, Proficiency in MS office, Good exposure to preparing schematics in ORCAD/Corel Draw software.
| · Handling technical enquiries received from Clients. Study & select the suitable compatible product. Prepare & submit the technical proposal to customers for approval. |
| · Product Documentation preparation such as datasheet, BOM, test procedure, test report etc. |
| · Creation of RG & FG Code in ERP, Upload BOQ |
| · Prototype testing & Validation for newly developed Products. |
| · Pre-sales & Post technical support to Automation Clients. |
| · Visit the Customer on a case-to-case basis. |
| · Coordination with Sales & Production for smooth execution. |
| · Daily /Weekly reporting. |
