KRA's • After enquiry PLC, DCS study. • Schematic and datasheet preparation • Customer interaction from the technical front and datasheet approval. • Bill of Material creation in ERP system. • New development prototype testing and document creation. • Production training and provide testing guidelines. • Purchase order checking and suggest the correct part number. • Old design data generation and submission to the production team after the compiling process. • Help with the raw material testing to the inward quality check department if needed. • Training the sales team for new as well as existing enquiries. • Updating all the enquiry-related data in the CRM. • Application understanding and providing customized solutions to the customers. • Resolve all the old Gerber-related issues at the vendor's end. • Alternate make suggestion to the sourcing dept. • Discuss with the outsource partners for outsourcing material for new enquiries. • Different acrylic designs using coral draw software
